Meet the Crew
Step into the heart of Shone Farm—our student intern crew. Through immersive, hands-on training in both produce and livestock systems, students don’t just learn agriculture—they live it. From fieldwork to market, they build real-world skills while growing fresh, organic food that directly nourishes our community.
Produce Production Crew
Our Produce Production Crew is where students become farmers. Leading commercial-scale food crop production from seed to sale, interns gain experience in crop planning, propagation, field management, harvesting, and direct-to-market sales. Every row planted and every harvest brought in is part of a working farm—and a working classroom—where students take ownership of the process and the product from start to finish.
